Being unemployed sucks. For anyone who doesn't know, I was told last Tuesday that I "won't be scheduled anymore" at the coffee shop. I could have stayed on another two weeks at least, but they have already hired replacements and so on... If I were quitting, it would be impolite of me not to provide two weeks' notice; shouldn't it work the other way around?

Anyway, now I don't have an income. I could go back to my old job as a landscaper, but it's about 100F outside. No thanks - I've been dehydrated by that job twice before, and I'm not doing it again. (of course, I now take hydration very seriously - I had about half a gallon of gatorade yesterday for the canoe trip and drank it all)

IT'S REALLY BORING AROUND HERE! After just a three-day trip to Jonesboro, I've realized how much better it is than here. Now, NWA is cool, but not as cool as having a bazillion people to call and chill with.

So, yeah, just today, I've read half of a Harry Potter book, watched a movie, played some computer games... I'm going out of my mind because I don't have anything to do (I get bored by sitting around for a long time, even if my mind is entertained).

Can't wait till school starts.
